This list of helpful transfer guidelines should help assist HR in making successful transfers quickly and efficiently! Be sure to check this list constantly for new tips and guidelines regarding changes to our policies from the Department of External Affairs.
Please Note: Only authorized personnel with proper training are allowed to conduct official transfers. All transfers made my unauthorized personnel will be reversed and disciplinary action will be taken.
1. Verify that the identity of your transfer recipient is valid and trustworthy. (Account not made within last 7 days, no conflicting agency badges)
2. Don't be afraid to ask for clarification on the placement of their rank in their iC system. For best estimation, ask to view their website's rank list.
3. Offer a reasonable, but not over zealous rank that relates in some way to their previous agency's rank. Always try to explain to the best of your ability the duties of their new rank. If you're not sure, ask a Founder or higher HR for clarification.
4. Be sure that all other agency badges have been removed from their profile (excluding all alumni, VIP, and memorial badges).
5. Ensure their motto and badge have been perfectly situated before they are permitted to enter the base. Affix your promotion tag at the very end of their motto, with the inclusion of the [T] tag as well to signify that they have been transferred recently. Please inform your transfer recipient that after 2 weeks, they are allowed to remove the [T] tag from their motto.
6. Welcome your transfer recipient to the EPA and offer them a tour of the facilities and an explanation on how to use all equipment, if needed!
