In this Guideline you will;

* Find out what your role is within EPA
* Have a Look at how to Promote and/or Demoting/Firing!
* Find out how to maintain a neat and tidy logging system!

So What do I do?

High Ranks have many Jobs, they are, in essence, the Torso of EPA , as the  Very Happy  Very Happy  are the Legs and Arms! Most of your Roles are important, you are required to keep logs of everyone you Train, Promote, Fire , Demote and Transfer. This job is one of the crucial roles within EPA ! Although Firstly, lets see what you do in base ; In EPA you are required to Train, work FTF & Security and also Promote Members within your limits. Training is one of the most important roles . If ever you see someone waiting to be trained DO NOT say "someone please train". Instead , you should go over to training and train.

Your FTF & FTS roles are to supervise and/or actually work at the station, if you are told to FTF or FTS by a higher rank, we mean it! FTF isn't just for agents (although they do get a priority). If all the FTF chairs are full and an agent needs a seat, a HR member (if at FTF) should offer his/her seat to the Agent. Same with Security!

How Do I Promote People?

Promoting is one of the jobs that MUST be perfect, otherwise it can lead to all sorts of trouble down the road. Promoting, Demoting, Firing , Training and Transfer ; all involves a little system we like to call Logging, but we'll move on to that section later! To promote an member you would stand next to their chair (leaving 1 space for them to stand up) and Call "Attention!". After the member is up standing you, congratulate them on doing a Fantastic Job then whisper them their next rank! After their motto is perfect (with correct tag and spelling) you should congratulate them again then call "AE" and log the promotion.

Demoting is kind of the same, but you don't congratulate them, you call them to attention and tell them what they have done to make you demote them. You then whisper them their demoting rank (Down 1 rank ONLY) and once the motto is correct you call "AE" and log the demotion(with evidence. Eg: Screenshot). Firing, too, is the same except a usual script would be: *Walk up to the member* *Whisper to them* "Hello, You have now been fired from EPA , please remove your motto and any official EPA badges" *wait* *Tell them why they have been fired* *end*. This method should be handy in firing people, remember you need enough evidence to support your firing . However if there is Insufficient Evidence, Evidence does not support Reason or Evidence looks altered to an extent then we would hire the person back and deny the Fire/Demotion

How do I log all of This?

The Log process must be sufficient to an extent that the Format for Promotion, Demotion, Training , Firing and Transfer logs should be used.  You MUST log every single promotion etc. so another HR does not think a person is self promoting. When entering the date and time, please put timezones so we can do the maths or when people were promoted Smile Smile Smile Thanks Guyz Razz
